PostSubject: Removing Obstacles - Other guys interference   Fri May 15, 2009 3:59 pm

I have noticed that PUAs do not talk much about how to react to other guys, how to disarm them, Here are two sample situations, please comment out what should the proper action of master PUA:

1) You are talking to the girl, let's say she is bartender serving drinks. Another guy comes and start hitting on her completely ignoring you and what you saying and start talking to her directly. What should master PUA do in this kind of situation? The guy is little drunk

2) Another guy is apriaching you and start acting like a gay and/ also in kind of aggresive way taking your space. Asking you questions about name and last name etc. How do you know if somebody is a guy or straight. Should you tell him, I am waiting for my girlfriend and my friend.

3) How do you react if some of the guys is simply agresive toward you? Will say like "get lost" or "leave now!" something rude like this.

1. She will HAVE to tend to him enough to serve him. If your convo with her is interesting to her, then she will make the choice to not continue with the other guy. You start socializing with those by you until she comes back. Then, you have the choice of dropping the convo with those by you, or introducing them to the bartender.

2. Sure, you can tell them that. It really doesn't matter, unless this guy is becoming a threat to you personally or he is purposely trying to kill your game if you are gaming a girl at that moment.

3. I would say that if the guy is seriously aggressive, appears to be wanting to start a fight, or just is straight up not getting anyone's hints to leave. Most of the time simple body language blocks out people like that. Turn your back to them, have the girls turn their back to him as well. Or, simply walk away to another spot. Much of that actually depends on the venue this would happen in.

That is great! Thanks for your help. Do you guys have any workshops in NYC?

#1-#2 was actually my field #1 experience.

1) The guy just came next to me, he was trying to kill my game and he grab her by the hand. He was much bigger than me Smile I know some Taichi, but it would probably not help Smile But you right it is a difficult situation as she is there to talk to many guests...

2) What the proper reaction should be if he comes hitting on the girl in front of you, ignoring you and trying to kill your game? What the proper response should be?

Thanks again

Ok, girls will see through a guys shitty game first of all.

Here's an example:

I was out last Friday night with a friend of mine and her sis. Two guys I USED to hang out with and wing were at the same club. I told them the girls were with me, which should have told them the girls were off limits, but this guy crosses that line. Anyway, the girls were having fun with me, I stepped away from them a minute, and this guy moves in. I was still standing by them, just not paying specific attention to them in that moment. He starts gaming one of the girls. I actually let him do it for a bit. It was funny watching him because me and the one girl he was ignoring were laughing about it, then her sis started moving herself close to me (body language) and telling me the crap he was telling her, lol. I didn't hear what he was saying, I wasn't paying attention. However, she started filling me in on it and she wanted to bust out laughing at what he was saying. So, she continued getting closer to me and pulling away from him. She was actually closing her body off to him, but he wasn't taking the hint. He even did a cold read on her hand saying one line said she really wants his body, and that's ok. She was creeped out, told me, and kept eye contact with me, not him.

See, this guy was trying to get her away from me. Wasn't happening. Even though I wasn't talking much, I had the frame. This guys game sucked, she knew it, and it wasn't effective on her.

After a bit I told the two girls to follow me. The three of us walked to another part of the venue where they took a deep breathe now that the guy was away from us.

With some guys I'll speak up to the guy and make friends with them. With some guys I'll shut them down right away. With others I'll just kick back and laugh, like with this one. It's just like calibration when dealing with a girl. You calibrate as well with the different guys.

1) If you've already grabbed her attention, then it won't be too difficult to out-alpha him, because you already have value and he has to start from a fresh slate. So get him out of the picture as fast as you can.

I'm no master PUA, but #1 did happen to me just last weekend, and I managed to work my way around it.

If she's the bartender, then like L.A. Tripp said, she will have to tend to him. However, the guy who tried to cockblock me just went up to her and showed direct interest while we were in the middle of our conversation (we were talking about tattoos).

So what I did was, I butted in with a friendly tone and asked, "Oh, you two know each other?" and I turned towards the guy and smiled, as if expecting to be introduced.
She said no and while she was still faced towards me, I said "Ahh...so as I was saying, she had a tattoo that covered the right side of her belly and partially her hips, etc. etc."
and at that point, the guy kinda just fell to the sidelines, and eventually he left.
